Kasey Jones

In 2000 Kasey graduated from Mead High School in Spokane, Washington and upon graduation went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology at Eastern Washington University. Shortly after, Kasey worked as a personal trainer and through that experience found a passion for nursing and the healthcare industry. Kasey returned to school at Washington State University and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
Her passion for healthcare and drive to help others led her to the Oncology department at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle. After gaining valuable knowledge in chronic and acute care she moved to Spokane where she worked in the float pool as a RN at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Working the float pool has given Kasey a wide range of experience and knowledge in all including the opportunity to assist in training the new hires and students at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Throughout Kasey’s career she has always loved teaching others new skills and valued higher education in the healthcare industry.
Kasey’s career has provided her with extensive knowledge of nursing and all aspects of the healthcare field. Her passion for nursing and teaching has recently led her to KTEC where she teaches students about the healthcare industry. At KTEC Kasey provides students first hand knowledge and shares her real life experience so her students can perform at their highest level in the healthcare industry and become the best Certified Nursing Assistants they can be.
